about me
At my core, I’m someone who leads with heart, presence, and high-vibrational energy. I believe movement is medicine and that sharing what I love is one of the most powerful ways to connect with others. Whether I’m teaching, creating, or simply showing up in a room, I aim to ground the space with authenticity and lift it with light. I’m passionate about helping others feel seen, free, and deeply alive through the work I do—and the energy I bring.
I’m bicoastal between Miami and California, but my work takes me all over the world— teaching, performing, and creating with intention.
I was raised between the stillness of Japan and the warmth of Virginia, in a home where music played often and love ran deep. My parents—both artists—instilled in me a reverence for creativity, discipline, and honest expression. I began my journey through rhythmic gymnastics, where I learned to speak through grace and control, and later found dance—a return to myself in motion. By my teenage years, I was already teaching, discovering the quiet magic of guiding others into their own artistry. Those early chapters shaped me into who I am today: grounded in family, moved by rhythm, and called to share the joy of movement with the world.
Dance has always been more than movement for me—it’s my language, my release, and my way of connecting to something bigger. Raised by two artists, I grew up with music in my bones and rhythm in my home—so moving to the beat has always felt like coming home. What began as pure love became a lifelong devotion to the power of movement to heal, empower, and inspire. I dance because it’s where I feel most alive, and I teach because I believe everyone deserves to tap into that same joy. Whether on a world stage or in a quiet studio, my passion is to move with intention and help others feel the music within themselves.
